thank you for this. this has been driving me CRAZY about their new system. who cares if points never expire? i used to be careful about keeping my $5 coupon so i could use it — felt like there was an actual REWARD involved with getting to 100 points, as opposed to 500.

True, it is better than the CVS program, where they reimburse at 2% and still have paper rewards.

My point was, if you weren’t paying attention, you might think the new FlexRewards system was an improvement, when it is actually 60% worse.
